Over the last 10 years, I’ve tackled design and research projects in audio streaming, broadcasting, healthcare, fashion and travel sectors in-house and remotely. I love to merge insight with innovative design to craft experiences that benefit people and make a difference. I’m currently helping to make fashion circular at Depop.

Y’ALRIGHT?

That’s how we say a quick hello in Manchester, where I’m from… I’ve since up sticks to Cheshire and learned it’s apparently not rhetorical up the road and people actually say “yeah, why, are you?”

I’m currently a Lead User Researcher at Depop, focusing on building trusted communities within a peer-to-peer Marketplace.

Previously, I was a Senior User Researcher at Spotify, uncovering product insights for social listening experiences. Before that, I worked as a Lead Product Designer at Bupa, leading digital transformation in healthcare.

At the BBC, I guided design research across Voice & AI, Future Tech & Ethics, and Education. My career started at Booking.com as a UX Researcher on travel platforms.
